7. DMCA / Copyright Infringement Policy

To report alleged copyright infringement, please submit a DMCA Notice containing:

  3. Contact information (name, address, email, phone).
  4. A statement of your good-faith regarding unauthorized use.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury regarding accuracy and  authority.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising resulting from use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California or Florida, USA.

10. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any prevision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
 These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Services and replace all prior or contemporaneous agreements.
